The filling was not dry. It was moist, but I put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes so that it wasn&#039;t hot when I put it on the dough.
There was a bit of oil in it, too, but just about a teaspoon&#039;s worth.

		<description>Was the filling totally dry? Or did you use oil and/or water? Whenever my dad tries to make empanadas he leaves the filling dry (so he doesn&#039;t tear the dough, he says) and the empanadas come out dry...otherwise they&#039;d be really good.</description>
